✅ Can I go at my own pace?
Yes, absolutely. This program is flexible and designed to fit real life. You’ll have access to three live classes each week — join as many or as few as feels right for you. Weekly check-ins are available to keep you accountable, but you can choose to complete them weekly, fortnightly, or monthly if that suits you better.

You’ll receive everything you need for the full experience, but how you move through it is completely your choice. I’ll support you in adapting the program to your schedule, your needs, and your energy.

 What happens after the 12 weeks?
At the end of your 12-week journey, you’ll have built strong foundations — physically, mentally, and emotionally. You’ll carry forward momentum, healthier habits, and a deeper sense of alignment in your body and life.

From there, you can choose to:

  • Continue with another round of coaching (many women do, because each cycle deepens the transformation).

  • Stay connected inside the Aligned AF community for ongoing accountability and support.

  • Or celebrate your completion and step into the next season of your journey independently.

Yes. This coaching is built through a trauma-informed lens, shaped by both research and lived experience. I’ve walked this path myself — rebuilding trust with my body, finding safety in movement, and letting go of all-or-nothing patterns.

This means:

  • You’ll never be pushed, shamed, or weighed.

  • You’re always in control of how you participate.

  • All practices are adaptable to your needs.

  • Nervous system safety is prioritised through gentle, empowering classes.

  • Tools like EFT support emotional regulation alongside physical progress.

I hold space for you without judgment. If you’re working with a therapist or other support, this program complements that beautifully. You’ll never have to do this alone.

 Can I do this with chronic injury or pain?
Absolutely. The sessions are designed with accessibility and adaptability at the core. Whether you’re experiencing joint pain, fatigue, or a chronic condition, you’ll be supported to move safely at your own pace.

This isn’t a “push through it” environment. It’s a space to honour your body, build confidence, and strengthen safely with the guidance you need.

✅ Is there a meal plan or food advice included?
As a registered Personal Trainer, I provide general nutrition guidance aligned with Australian Dietary Guidelines. While I don’t create individualised meal plans, I do share practical ideas and simple strategies to help you nourish yourself.

We’ll also explore emotional eating patterns in a gentle, empowering way. If you’d like highly tailored nutrition support, I’ll recommend working alongside a qualified dietitian.

✅ Do I need to turn my camera on in live classes?
Yes — cameras need to be on during live classes for your safety and so I can coach your form properly. If you’re not comfortable with that just yet, you’re always welcome to use the recorded replays instead.

✅ What if I’ve never lifted weights before?
That’s perfect — beginners are very welcome. Every class includes clear instructions, step-by-step technique guidance, and encouragement so you feel confident and safe from your very first session.

 What makes this different from other fitness programs?
This isn’t a “fitness class” or a “challenge.” It’s coaching. It’s a high-touch space designed for smart, sensitive women who want more than surface-level workouts.

You’ll receive structured physical training, yes — but also tools for emotional regulation, nervous system safety, and deeper self-connection. There’s no diet culture, no weigh-ins, and no punishment.
