"What if I miss a live class?"
Life happens! All live sessions are recorded and made available to you afterward, so you can catch up when it suits your schedule. You’ll never fall behind, and you can go at your own pace.
"Is this a weight loss program?"
No. This is a health-first program that honors your body as it is while helping you build strength, energy, and emotional well-being. Weight loss may or may not happen, but it’s never the focus. This space is about feeling better in your body—not shrinking it to fit anyone else’s idea of health.
"Can I still join if I'm very out of shape?"
Yes, 100%. This program was made with you in mind. Every movement can be adapted, and there's zero judgment here. Whether you’re starting fresh or returning after a break, you’re welcome and supported.
"Do I need fancy equipment?"
No fancy gear needed! You’ll just need a few basic items you can easily find at places like Kmart: an exercise mat, a pair of light weights, and a resistance band. Many of the exercises use just your body weight, and the weights are totally optional—great if you're just starting out or prefer to keep things simple.
"Is this trauma-informed?"
Yes. Aligned AF is built through a trauma-informed lens, blending research and lived experience. There’s no weighing, pushing, or shaming — just compassionate movement, flexible pacing, and support for your nervous system. You’re always in charge. This work can complement therapy or other support beautifully.
