Acknowledge the emotional weight you carry. Explore how grief, trauma, or stress may be stored in your body — and learn to feel safely.

Creative Flow
Awaken your creative energy — through writing, art, or play. Healing comes through creativity; you don’t have to be “good” at it, just open.

FAQ

✅ Can I go at my own pace?
Yes, absolutely. This program is designed to be flexible and supportive of your real life. You’ll have access to three live classes each week — join as many or as few as feels right for you. The weekly check-ins are always there, but you can choose to schedule them weekly, fortnightly, or even monthly if that suits you better.


You’ll receive everything you need for the full experience, but how you move through it is completely up to you. I fully support you in adapting the program to fit your schedule and your needs.

✅ What happens after the 12 weeks?
At the end of your 12-week journey, you’ll have built a strong foundation — physically, mentally, and emotionally. You’ll carry momentum, healthier habits, and a deeper sense of alignment in your body and life.

From there, you’ll have the option to stay connected in the Aligned AF community if it feels right for you. Many women choose to begin another round — not because they didn’t finish, but because each cycle deepens the transformation. You’ll bring stronger foundations and fresh focus every time.

There’s no pressure, though. You can complete your 12 weeks and celebrate your achievements, or keep going with the support and structure you’ve come to love. Either way, it’s your journey — you decide what’s next.

✅ Is this 12-week program trauma-informed?
Yes. This program is built with a trauma-informed approach, grounded in both research and lived experience. I’ve walked this path myself — rebuilding trust with my body, finding safety in movement, and breaking free of all-or-nothing patterns around food and exercise.

That means:

  • You’ll never be pushed, shamed, or weighed

  • You’re always in charge of how you participate

  • All practices are optional and can be adapted to your needs

  • The pace is flexible and supportive

  • We prioritise nervous system safety with gentle, empowering classes

  • Emotional regulation tools like EFT are built in to support you

I’m here to hold space — not to diagnose or treat. If you’re working with a therapist or other supports, this program can beautifully complement that care. You will never have to do this alone.

✅ Will I get personalised support?

Yes — absolutely. Each week, you’ll complete a short reflection check-in so we can guide and support you as a group. You’ll receive encouragement, feedback, and tips based on common themes from the group, helping you stay on track and move forward.

While this program is primarily group-based, you’ll always feel seen, heard, and supported — you’re never just a face in the crowd. Optional Premium or Private upgrades are available if you want more personalised 1:1 coaching.

✅ What if I fall behind?
That’s completely okay. Life happens, and this program is designed with flexibility in mind. You can attend as many or as few classes as works for you. The check-ins are here to support you, never to pressure you. Just show up as you are. Every resource is recorded and available on your own timeline. Remember: this is about progress, not perfection.

✅ Can I do this with chronic injury or pain?
Absolutely. The classes are designed with accessibility and adaptability in mind. Whether you’re dealing with joint pain, fatigue, or a chronic condition, you will be supported to move at your own pace and modify exercises as needed. This is not a “push through” environment — it’s a place to honour your body and build strength and confidence safely.

✅ Is there a meal plan or food advice included?
As a registered Personal Trainer, I can only provide general nutrition guidance based on Australian Dietary Guidelines. I don’t offer individualised meal plans, but I do share simple, supportive ideas to help you nourish your body. We also explore emotional eating patterns in a gentle, empowering way. For more tailored nutrition support, I recommend working with a qualified dietitian.

✅ I’m not comfortable being on camera — do I have to turn my video on?
For your safety and to allow me to coach your form, cameras do need to be on during live classes. If you’re not comfortable with that right now, you are very welcome to use the recorded sessions instead — no pressure at all.

✅ What if I’ve never lifted weights before?
Perfect — beginners are welcome here. You’ll learn proper technique, build confidence, and gain strength safely. Every class includes clear instructions, plenty of support, and encouragement to help you feel strong from day one.

✅ What makes this different from other fitness programs?
This isn’t just fitness. This is a space where smart, sensitive women can feel safe, process emotions, reconnect with their bodies, and build true strength from the inside out. We don’t do diet culture. We do deep healing, joyful movement, and supportive community.

✅ Is this a weight loss program?
No — this is not a weight-loss program or a body-shrinking plan. This is a health and healing journey designed to help you feel stronger, calmer, and more connected to yourself. You’ll focus on nourishing your mind, body, and spirit, at any size.
