About
Get Unstuck With Vicki
A gentle, body-led coaching space for women who want to rebuild trust in their bodies — calmly, safely, and in their own time.

A little about me
I’m Vicki.
I’m a qualified Personal Trainer with over eight years of experience — and my real work began when I realised that fitness was only the first step.
After my own experiences of feeling stuck — physically, emotionally, and spiritually — I came to understand that lasting change doesn’t come from pushing harder. It comes from learning how to listen to the body, rebuild trust, and move in a way that feels safe and supportive.
Today, my work is about helping women reconnect with their bodies — gently, respectfully, and in their own time.
My approach
I believe movement is medicine — and movement is freedom.
Not movement that demands or overwhelms, but movement that meets you where you are.
When you reconnect with your body, you begin to heal old patterns.
When trust returns, confidence grows.
And when your body feels safe, change becomes possible.
My work is grounded in calm strength and nervous-system-aware movement — always guided by what feels sustainable rather than extreme.
It’s informed by trauma-aware principles and intuitive coaching, with your body leading the way.
My background
My foundation is in personal training, yoga, and Pilates, alongside further training in wellness coaching and women’s health.
I began my career working in gym environments, but quickly felt called to create quieter, more supportive spaces — working outdoors, in homes, and now online — where women could move without pressure and feel truly seen.
Over time, my work has evolved to integrate movement, emotional regulation, and gentle inner work — because real transformation happens when the whole person is supported, not just the body.
Who I work with
I work with women who feel stuck — in their bodies, their energy, or their lives.
Women who sense there is more available to them, but who no longer want programs that push, shame, or exhaust them.
You don’t need to have it all figured out.
You don’t need to be fixed or perfected.
You are welcome here, exactly as you are.
A gentle close
If something here has resonated, you’re very welcome to reach out.
We can begin with a simple conversation — slowly, and in your own time.
